A relentless thundering blues rocker made for our times

The formidable PALE RIDER have returned bearing gifts. The Liverpool psych juggernaut present a new single in the form of Django.
All distorted guitars and a thundering, relentless bassline, it’s a bouncing garage rocker which brings to mind the likes of Deap Valley and blues rock titans The Gories. The title comes from the Romani term for ‘I awake’ while the lyrical content of the song addresses our uncertain times.
Pale Rider play the Phase One all-dayer Crapfest this Sunday alongside Salt The Snail, Infants and hosts Crapsons.
Django is out now.
