THE WELLGREEN:
Making the trip to Merseyside from the banks of the Clyde in Glasgow, these guys have toured with Stevie Jackson of Belle & Sebastian fame, as well as playing live shows and/or guesting on recordings for Raymond McGinley (Teenage Fanclub), Euros Childs (Gorky's Zygotic Mynci), BMX Bandits and St Deluxe. More importantly they've recently released an excellent debut album 'Wellgreens'. THE SPRINGTIME ANCHORAGE:
Set to release their first recordings in the spring (funnily enough) having just recorded more than two thirds of an album with Steve Powell, this will be their first show of 2012. Steve recorded what is widely considered to be Shack's finest album The Magical World of The Strands (albeit under the guise of Micheal Head & The Strands). He has also recorded popular recordings of The Stairs, John Power and Ella Guru.

JAY LEWIS:
His fantastic debut solo album 'Back to the Fountain' is due for release later this year. In recent years he has toured the British Isles with The La's and John Power (solo).

THE BRUISED ARCADE:
Fast becoming one of Liverpool's most popular acts, they sold out The Zanzibar on only their 2nd gig in 2011.

Also, DJ-ing on the night is the excellent Johnny Thieves (warm up DJ for The Sand Band); spinning the best of Folk, Jazz, Rock, Rhythm n Blues, 60's Psych and Northern Soul.
