On his return, Greg has also released an acoustic version of the "I don't believe you" record and is available exclusively as a physical release on this tour.

When Greg Holden wrote “The Lost Boy” in late December 2011, a song inspired after reading “What Is The What?”, a true story of a Sudanese Refugee by American writer Dave Eggers, he had no idea that two weeks later his home recorded demo would be the Christmas Day #1 Single on iTunes in Holland. Nor did he know that it would raise over €32,000 for Red Cross during Radio 3FM’s annual charity campaign, Serious Request. You could argue that in a way, the song was able to aid its subject. He also didn’t think that on Christmas Eve he’d be playing that song on Dutch National TV in front of an 8,000 strong audience and millions of viewers at home.
Greg Holden is a Scottish-born, English-raised songwriter currently living in New York City. A place he dreamed of living all his life.
Since moving there three years ago, he has self-released three records, toured the United States supporting indie starlet Ingrid Michaelson on her Sold Out ‘Everybody Tour’ and toured Europe numerous times, sometimes selling out shows months in advance. Most recently, with his #1 Single in Holland “The Lost Boy”, he sold out all his Dutch shows two months before his Spring 2012 tour had even started.
His eagerly awaited second studio album “I Don’t Believe You” (funded almost entirely by his fans after raising a staggering $30,000 in one month on Kickstarter.com), produced by Tony Berg (Bob Dylan, Weezer, Aimee Mann) was released digitally in May 2011 and debuted at #6 in the UK & US iTunes Singer/Songwriters Charts.
Greg’s honest and progressively more opinionated approach to his lyrics, along with his folky yet melodic style, has won him an army of supporters that continue to grow and follow his ventures. His ‘Living Room Series’ and ‘Not My Living Room Series’ on YouTube have been viewed more than 2,000,000 times across the world and all three of his self-released records have been featured in the iTunes ‘Best Singer/Songwriters’, ‘New & Noteworthy’ and ‘What We’re Listening To’ categories.
Greg has also performed on various news/radio programs across America & Europe and has had his songs featured on major television shows such as ABC’s ‘Private Practice’, ‘Make It Or Break It’, ‘One Tree Hill’ and The CW’s ‘Life Unexpected’. He has also performed in the “Glass House” for 3FM and Serious Request in Holland and this spring, will be performing on major Dutch radio stations, promoting his new single “Hell & Back”, from his latest album “I Don’t Believe You”.
Greg is currently On his biggest headlining European Tour to date. All information can be found at www.gregholdenonline.com
