Add your gig to the Gig Guide NOW

The Bido Lito! Gig Guide is now live and up and running, the city's only comprehensive free listings service right here on bidolito.co.uk.

If you're a promoter or venue manager and you have shows booked for the next few months then why not upload them to the Gig Guide now? It is free and simple to use, and will be used as Merseyside's central resource in listing and finding about upcoming gigs.

The upload process couldn't be easier, simpler than creating a Facebook event even:

1. Create an account

Only users who are signed in to the site can upload shows, but that itself is childsplay. Simply click the link at the top of the page 'Create New Account' and fill in the details. Once you've signed up and logged in you'll be able to upload and edit shows at any time, as well as comment on articles and videos on bidolito.co.uk, and buy tickets in the Ticket Shop.

[NB. If you're a promoter it would be advisable if you made your Username the name you use for promotions, eg. SJM Concerts, EVOL, Harvest Sun, Chibuku, etc.]

2. Add a gig

Once you're signed in a new tab will appear at the top of the page, 'Add A Gig'. Click on this and you'll be taken to the Gig Upload page. Simply fill in the various fields with the help fields provided, and press 'Save' to add your show to the Gig Guide. You can view, track and edit your shows at any time by logging in and clicking the 'My Account' tab at the top of the page. Selling tickets through the Bido Lito! Ticket Shop couldn't be easier too: just check the box, enter the ticket price and select an amount of tickets you wish to put on sale. Full details of the ticket selling policy can be found on the 'My Account' tab.

3. Share your gig(s)

Once you've uploaded your show why not share it with your friends and social networks? By using the Share Button on the Gig Page of your event you can link the page across to your Twitter and Facebook accounts, as well as email it out to any databases you might wish to inform. The Gig Guide is a platform for anyone to promote their shows, so the more people that get to know about what events are coming up the better.

All first time gig uploads will be moderated before they are published, and once approved uploaders will be given 'Promoter' status on bidolito.co.uk where they will be able to upload any new shows straight away to the Gig Guide, with instant results.

NB: Only the principal promoter for events should upload them to the Gig Guide. Any duplicate shows will be removed straight away.
