Booking Fee
Bido Lito Tickets will administer a booking fee to purchasers on each ticket ordered. This is the only fee levied on any order: there are no hidden handling or transaction fees. The booking fee is applied to cover the costs of processing the payment, and we endeavour to keep this as low as possible.
The size of the booking fee depends on the face value of the ticket being ordered. The matrix below shows how the booking fee scales with the ticket face value.

In the case of ticket refunds, the full face value AND full booking fee wil be reimbursed to the purchaser by Bido Lito Tickets.
NB: Booking fees are only applicable on ticket purchases. Any purchases of products or subscriptions do not incur booking fee charges.
