Bill's unique talent allows him to paint emotional pictures with his inner-most feelings, and deliver them with spine-tingling intensity through his delivery. Bill's album A Bad Wind Blows In My Heart is a moving collection of such songs, and will undoubtedly feature on 'classic album' lists in years to come.
